Looking for a facial in Hanoi? A spa in the Old Quarter is the easiest to fit between sightseeing stops. At Urban Oasis Spa, two minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, facials use products from the French brand SOTHYS and start at 690,000 VND for 45 minutes. • Brightening facial care: 60 min 890,000 VND
• Hydra-smoothing facial care: 60 min 890,000 VND
• Anti-oil facial care: 60 min 790,000 VND
• Essential facial care: 60 min 790,000 VND
• Anti-aging facial care: 60 min 890,000 VND
• Collagen facial care: 60 min 1,290,000 VND

20% off all day when you book ahead: the prices in this article are list prices. Book ahead through our online booking page, by message or by phone and you get 20% off at any time of day (for example, Basic facial 45 min: 690,000 VND → 552,000 VND). Walk-in guests without a booking get 20% off from 9:00 to 12:00 and 10% off in the afternoon (November 2026, no end date set).

How the seven facials differ

Every facial starts the same way: cleanse, scrub, massage. What changes is the mask and the finish. The skin type each one is meant for, as written on the spa menu:

• Basic (45 min): healthy skin. Cleanse, scrub, massage, toner. Good if you are short on time or new to facials.
• Brightening (60 min): dull-looking skin. Finished with a brightening mask and cream.
• Hydra-smoothing (60 min): normal skin. A hydra mask focused on moisture.
• Anti-oil (60 min): oily skin. Uses a purifying clay mask.
• Essential (60 min): sensitive skin. Uses a gentle soothing mask.
• Anti-aging (60 min): mature skin. Finished with a double mask.
• Collagen (60 min): our top facial, with a collagen mask.

Still unsure? If travel has left your skin dry, Hydra-smoothing is a safe pick; if your skin is reacting easily, go for Essential.

What to expect

1. Check-in: over a cup of tea in the lobby, you fill in a "Customer's request" card with any skin concerns or things to avoid.
2. Cleanse and scrub: makeup and dirt are removed and the skin is prepped.
3. Facial massage: a slow, relaxing massage of the face.
4. Mask and finish: the mask for your chosen facial, then toner and cream.

Our staff speak English. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, writing them on the request card is the easiest way to make sure they are noted.

If you want face and body in one visit, these packages include a facial (November 2026):

• Sport recovery: 135 min 1,600,000 VND (Thai or aroma body massage + hydra facial + acupressure for feet)
• Tropical: 165 min 1,900,000 VND (aroma body massage + body scrub + hydra facial)
• Zen: 180 min 2,100,000 VND (hot stone body massage 75 min + body scrub + hydra facial)
• Deluxe: 155 min 2,200,000 VND (sauna + four-hand body massage + anti-aging facial + feet scrub)

When to go

• Your first evening: after a long flight. The 45-minute Basic fits before or after dinner.
• After a day on foot: a break after walking the Old Quarter and around Hoan Kiem Lake.
• Before you fly home: refresh your skin at the end of the trip. Last check-in is 21:30, so book ahead for a 60-minute facial.
